Federal identity proofing

Identity assurance.
Built for the
federal mission.

Verify the people behind your mission with NIST IAL2 and attended IAL3 workflows. Controlled hardware, trained agents, and deployment options built around your FedRAMP security boundary.

Assurance from the start

Know who’s joining.
Before access is granted.

Bring stronger identity checks to remote onboarding, contractor enrollment, and sensitive access decisions.

Control the capture path

Use managed kits, deployable kiosks, or approved agency hardware to reduce exposure to virtual camera injection, deepfakes, and manipulated evidence.

Keep a trained agent involved

Support attended IAL3 sessions with live oversight, document checks, and biometric capture—even when applicants are far from an enrollment center.

Make the decision reviewable

Give security teams a clear proofing record with session evidence, chain-of-custody artifacts, and control mappings for ISSO and authorization review.

The proofing lifecycle

From controlled hardware
to a defensible identity record.

One coordinated workflow connects the applicant, the verification agent, and your security team.

  1. Deploy the hardware

Ship a configured kit, set up a kiosk, or enroll approved government-furnished equipment.

  2. Attend the session

A trained agent guides evidence capture and identity checks through a controlled proofing session.

  3. Package the evidence

Collect proofing artifacts and chain-of-custody records for assessment and security review.

  4. Support access decisions

Provide the identity record to your credentialing or access program, with step-up proofing when risk changes.

One platform. Your operating model.

Bring the proofing process
to the point of need.

Start with a managed pilot or put your own hardware and people in control. Choose the model that fits your mission.

01 / Managed deployment

Managed remote kits

Trust Swiftly configures and ships proofing hardware to employee homes and offices.

  • Pre-configured proofing devices
  • Device logistics and lifecycle support
  • Return and redeploy as needs change
Best fit: Pilot programs and a distributed contractor workforce.
02 / At the point of service

Deployable kiosks

Bring a dedicated proofing station to field offices, enrollment centers, and satellite locations.

  • Portable, controlled capture stations
  • Supervised enrollment workflows
  • Redeployment between locations
Best fit: Field operations and recurring enrollment at agency sites.
03 / Agency operational control

Government-owned
& operated

Use your approved hardware and internal agents with the Trust Swiftly proofing platform.

  • Government-furnished equipment
  • Your verification personnel
  • Agency-defined operating controls
Best fit: Programs that need direct control over hardware and staffing.

Keep onboarding moving: run IAL2 pre-enrollment while attended IAL3 sessions and hardware logistics are arranged.

Built around your boundary

Your identity evidence.
Your security requirements.

Design a deployment inside an agency or contractor security boundary, including suitable FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments or agency-owned systems.

Review the operating model, evidence handling, retention approach, and control mappings with your security team before rollout.

FedRAMP alignment describes the deployment approach. Authorization scope, inherited controls, and the Authority to Operate (ATO) remain part of the customer’s authorization process.

How does this fit our FedRAMP program?

Trust Swiftly supports FedRAMP High aligned identity proofing deployments within a defined agency or contractor boundary. Your team determines the applicable controls, authorization scope, and inherited responsibilities. Deployment on authorized infrastructure does not, by itself, authorize the full solution.

Does this replace PIV or CAC issuance?

No. Trust Swiftly supports the identity proofing that precedes credential and access decisions. It can strengthen workflows for remote, field-based, and contractor populations while your existing program retains responsibility for issuing credentials.

Can we use our own hardware and agents?

Yes. The government-owned and operated model lets your team use approved equipment and internal verification personnel with Trust Swiftly software. Hardware suitability, staffing, and operating controls are established as part of deployment planning.

Can we verify people again after onboarding?

Yes. Step-up proofing can support account recovery, privilege changes, and other sensitive events, so your program can revisit identity assurance when the risk changes.

How can we evaluate and purchase the service?

Start with a pilot discussion to define your applicant population, assurance requirements, security boundary, and success criteria. Ask federal sales about direct purchasing and applicable contract-vehicle options, including GSA Schedule, NASA SEWP, and ITES-SW2.
